The first complex opened in 1963 and became known as the Plaza. A second and entirely separate building, the Court, went up beside it in 1981, and the two were finally joined in 2016 by a section called the Connector. The result carries roughly 450 retailers and is the largest shopping mall in Pennsylvania and one of the largest in the country by leasable space, on ground that had been a tavern crossroads and farmland.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
