Southern Pacific put up this depot in the 1920s in a mix of Spanish Colonial Revival and California Churrigueresque, and it went on the National Register in 1997. It is still a working station, with Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner and two Metrolink lines calling here. Buses use it too, which is why the building carries the name transportation center rather than depot.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
