Anderson Park, the WPA project that is still Redmond's town green
1938
Redmond, Washington

Redmond acquired this ground as its city park in 1928, and the Works Progress Administration expanded and built it out in 1938, putting up log cabins the town used for public gatherings. It was renamed in 1946 for Albert Anderson, who organised the volunteer labour behind the park work. It is listed on the National Register and sits a few blocks from the offices that replaced the old logging and dairy town.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
