Westworth Village incorporates the year the bomber plant arrives
1941
Westworth Village, Texas
In 1941 the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce handed the federal government 1,400 acres for an air base, and the small town alongside it incorporated the same year. It held about 500 people through the 1950s and passed 4,500 by 1970. After Carswell became a Navy reserve base in 1998 the city took on 400 acres of surplus federal land and roughly 500 abandoned base houses and redeveloped them.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
