Tony Packo's and Klinger
1932
Tony Packo's Cafe, Toledo, Ohio
A Hungarian-American cafe in Toledo's Birmingham neighborhood selling paprika-heavy hot dogs became nationally famous because Jamie Farr, a Toledo native playing Klinger on M*A*S*H, worked it into the script six times as the thing he missed most about home. Celebrities have signed hot dog buns for the wall since 1972, and the buns are now foam because the real ones went bad.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
