Hiram's, the deep-fried hot dog stand Bourdain loved
1932

Peabody Awards · CC BY 2.0 · Wikimedia Commons
A deep-fried hot dog stand near the George Washington Bridge, open since 1932, which Bourdain filmed for the New Jersey episode of No Reservations and called about as American as it gets. The rippers are split by the fryer. The argument with Rutt's Hut down the road is older than most of the customers.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
