Lincoln Park, a town that was one trailer park and a steakhouse

Two lawyers bought a patch of land in 1969 and incorporated it as a town the following year for the same reason Corral City exists, to sell liquor outside dry Denton. The whole municipality amounted to a single trailer park and, later, the Trail Dust Steakhouse. Once Denton and McKinney voted themselves wet the reason for it disappeared, the land was sold to a developer in 2015, and the town dissolved.
