1925
Kenner, Louisiana

J. E. Louviere built this hall in 1925 and it served as Kenner's city hall until 1956, then as a courthouse, then as a jail, and later as offices for the city's tourism department. It stands in Rivertown, the riverside district on Williams Boulevard that Kenner turned into a strip of museums and theatres. It went on the National Register in 1986.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
