Haysville has 81 residents and its own government

Allegheny County is split into 130 municipalities, and this strip of riverbank between the railroad and the Ohio is the smallest of them. The 2020 census counted 81 people. It is a working example of what Pennsylvania's habit of incorporating everything produced, a borough with a council and a budget for a population that would fit on one bus.
