1904

Frank Cudell emigrated from near Aachen in 1866 and became one of Cleveland's busiest architects, designing churches and the Perry-Payne Building downtown. He lived out here on Detroit Avenue and left part of his land to the city as a park. Cleveland finished annexing the area in 1904 and the neighbourhood kept his name.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
