Boulder Municipal Airport, the oldest public airport still open in Colorado

Founded in 1928, this is the oldest public airport in Colorado still operating. It never went commercial and runs almost entirely on general aviation. The lift that comes off the foothills makes it one of the better gliding fields in the country, and the Soaring Society of Boulder flies from here.
