Andrews Methodist Church on Richmond Street, now a Ghanaian congregation

The church was built in 1893 at 95 Richmond Street, a single storey of orange brick in the Queen Anne style with a heavy rose window on the front and a square bell tower three storeys high. The sanctuary follows the Akron Plan, a layout of the period that let Sunday school rooms fold open into the main room. An 1878 frame parsonage still stands on the property, the whole site went on the National Register in 1992, and the building now serves as Andrews Ghana Wesley United Methodist Church.
