A large Halloween parade in the Hudson Valley village of Tarrytown, led by a costumed Headless Horseman tied to the area's Sleepy Hollow and Washington Irving heritage. The parade steps off at Patriots Park and runs south to Main Street, followed by a block party with live music. Recent editions have drawn crowds as large as 15,000.
