A community-funded neighborhood holiday tradition on the Glendale Boulevard median in Atwater Village, with a holiday market, youth performances, and the lighting of a 75-foot Deodar Cedar at dusk. The Los Angeles Fire Department brings Santa in on a fire truck. The festival has run annually since the early 1990s.

Southern Pacific put up this depot in the 1920s in a mix of Spanish Colonial Revival and California Churrigueresque, and it went on the National Register in 1997.
