The Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library, the biggest stamp library west of the Mississippi
1993
Denver, Colorado
Collectors opened the library in southeast Denver in August 1993 and packed it with roughly 15,000 books, 800 stamp catalogues and more than 122,000 issues of philatelic magazines. It keeps separate departments for Colorado and railroad postal history and holds the archives of the Colorado Postal History Society. Volunteers run the place, and anyone can walk in and read for nothing.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
