The Milwaukee Road depot in St. Louis Park
1887
St. Louis Park, Minnesota
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific depot served the Milwaukee Road from 1887 until 1968, in the years when the railroad was the reason a mill and factory town existed out here at all. It was moved off the tracks at Wooddale and 36th to Brunswick Avenue and is now run as a museum by the St. Louis Park Historical Society. It was the first property in the city listed on the National Register.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
