The Aviation History and Technology Center at Dobbins
2016
Marietta, Georgia
The museum sits beside the runway that the Bell Bomber plant was built around, and its collection is largely the output of that runway. Aircraft assembled or flown here include the B-29, the C-130 Hercules and the C-141 Starlifter. It is one of the few places where Cobb County's industrial history is told as aviation rather than as suburbia.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
