Texas Chiropractic College moves to Pasadena
Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas
The fourth oldest chiropractic school in the country was founded in San Antonio in 1908 and chartered by the state in 1913, at a time when Texas courts and medical boards were still trying to shut chiropractors down. Its alumni association bought the school outright in 1948. It outgrew San Antonio and moved to this Pasadena campus in 1965.
