NET Power tests a gas plant with nothing coming out the stack

This 50 megawatt demonstration plant fired for the first time in May 2018 to prove the Allam-Fetvedt cycle. It burns natural gas in pure oxygen rather than air and drives the turbine with carbon dioxide instead of steam, so the waste stream is CO2 that can be captured rather than vented. It was the first plant of its kind anywhere.
