Cedar Lawn Cemetery, where a vice president is buried
1867
Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson, New Jersey

Garret Hobart of Paterson was William McKinley's first vice president and died in office in 1899, which is the reason Theodore Roosevelt was on the ticket in 1900. He lies in this cemetery, which opened in 1867 and now holds more than eighty five thousand graves. So does John Ryle, the Lancashire man who made Paterson a silk town, along with senators, governors and the Titanic's chief baker.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
