Catlin Court, the bungalow subdivision named after a wife's maiden name

Otto R. Hansen cut this ground into residential lots in 1914 and named the subdivision Catlin Court after his wife's maiden name. Close to half of its 87 buildings are Craftsman bungalows, and the Glendale townsite and Catlin Court together were the first Glendale neighbourhood placed on the National Register, in 1992. The bungalows now hold shops and restaurants rather than families.
