Bridgeport, Pennsylvania

Bridgeport sits on the Schuylkill directly opposite Norristown, six miles east of Valley Forge. Washington and the Continental Army came through here in 1777 on the way to the winter encampment. The borough afterwards ran on paper, flour, cotton and woolen mills, on steel works and on brickyards, and its population was 5,015 at the 2020 census.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
