Fourteen weeks in a low county courthouse in an agricultural town four hours up the coast from Los Angeles, with a tent city of satellite trucks parked outside it. The jury went out on 3 June 2005 and came back on the 13th with not guilty on all ten counts. He never toured the United States again and died four years later.
