The McLean County Arts Center runs the Sugar Creek Arts Festival each October in Uptown Normal, a juried outdoor show of fine art and craft with live music and hands-on art-making. The 2026 festival marks its 43rd consecutive year. It is one of central Illinois's longest-running arts festivals.
