A recreated sixteenth century English village near Waxahachie, with full combat jousting, birds of prey shows, and one of the largest outdoor juried artisan marketplaces in the country. It runs Saturdays, Sundays, and Memorial Day Monday from early April through late May, and the 2026 season marked its 45th year. The 2027 dates above are approximate, based on the festival's usual early April to Memorial Day run.
