The Shrine on Airline, the ballpark whose nickname became its name

The 10,000 seat park opened on Airline Drive in 1997 as Zephyr Field, home of the New Orleans Zephyrs and later the Baby Cakes, and later the New Orleans Gold rugby side. The public address announcer had called it the Shrine on Airline since opening day, and in 2017 the unofficial name became the official one. It carries a corporate name again today.
