Frank Gehry designed this Venice office block for the advertising agency Chiat/Day, finished in 1991. Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen supplied the facade: a pair of four storey binoculars that cover the pedestrian door, with the parking entrance running between the two barrels. Google took over the building and uses it as its Venice campus.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
