One of the oldest continuously running public markets in the world, begun on a hill where farmers were allowed to sell from wagons. Baltimore's crab cake and its lake trout sandwich are both market food, and Old Bay was blended a few blocks away by a German refugee in 1939.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
