KDKA broadcasts an election

From a shack on a Westinghouse roof, KDKA read out the Harding-Cox returns to whoever had a receiver, the first commercial radio broadcast in the world. Within two years there were 500 stations, and a technology sold for hobbyists had become a mass medium.
