Frank Lloyd Wright's campus
1938
Florida Southern College, Lakeland, Florida

The largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings on one site anywhere: a dozen structures he called Child of the Sun, begun in 1938 for a small Methodist college that paid partly by having students do the construction. Covered esplanades tie the campus together at Wright's own short scale, and tall visitors duck.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
