Domino's Farms, half a mile of Frank Lloyd Wright homage

Tom Monaghan built his pizza company a headquarters that runs sideways instead of up: a four storey Prairie style block half a mile long, known as the Prairie House. Gunnar Birkerts designed it in deliberate imitation of Frank Lloyd Wright, whom Monaghan collected. Construction began in 1984 and the sixth and last phase was not finished until 2005. Monaghan sold his stake in Domino's in 1998 and still owns the complex, which now leases much of its space to Michigan Medicine and keeps the company test kitchens.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
