Built between 1961 and 1963 where Annapolis Road meets the Baltimore Washington Parkway, this was the regional shopping centre for Bladensburg and Landover. Its decline started as early as the 1970s, it closed in 2005 and was demolished in 2007. A Walmart occupies part of the site now.
