Linden and Elizabeth, New Jersey

Standard Oil opened this refinery on the Linden and Elizabeth line in 1909 and it has been running ever since, the northernmost on the East Coast. Crude arrives by tanker from the North Sea, Canada and West Africa and by rail from North Dakota, and around 230,000 barrels a day leave as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and heating oil. Phillips 66 owns it now.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
