A boardwalk stretch of the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway, out in Cherokee Woods on the east side of Chattanooga. Brennan Cherry, a twenty year old riding for a local collegiate cycling team, had already gone down hard on these wet boards himself and landed on the guardrail, so he came back out to film the deck and show his teammates how slick it got. While he was filming, another rider came round the bend. He shouted at him to watch out, that it was slippery, and about a second later the man went down on the same timbers. The wooden sections out here hold water long after the gravel has dried.
