A free folklife festival produced by Appalshop in downtown Whitesburg, with old-time and bluegrass music, local crafters and food, and a Sunday gospel show at a nearby church. It celebrates Appalachian traditions and has run every June since 1986. The 2026 festival marked its 40th anniversary. (2027 dates approximate.)
