The Lower Township Rotary Club fills Historic Cold Spring Village with pumpkin painting, games and vendors each October, part of the museum village's Halloween season programming. The festival has run for more than three decades and stays free to enter, with crafters selling along the Village's shell paved lanes. It has historically landed on a Saturday in early-to-mid October.
