A costumed-dog Halloween parade through Belmont Shore, billed by organizers as the world's largest Halloween pet event and drawing several hundred dogs in costume each year. Started by local organizer Justin Rudd, it has run annually since the early 2000s and marked its 23rd edition in 2025. Held on a Sunday in late October at Olympic Plaza near Rosie's Dog Beach.
