A volunteer run street festival in downtown Denton blending Dia de los Muertos tradition with Halloween and North Texas flavor, running since 2011. The weekend draws more than 25,000 people for coffin races, a lantern parade, and a costume contest along the downtown square. The 2026 edition runs Friday through Sunday, October 23 to 25, with the main day of programming on Saturday.
