The African Street Festival is a three day celebration of African and African American culture at Hadley Park in North Nashville. Founded by civil rights activist Kwame Leo Lillard, it is one of Nashville's longest running cultural festivals, with a 40 plus year history, free admission and tens of thousands of attendees for music, dance, art and food.
