Arthur Jacobs designed these three two-flats in 1927 as a single project, giving each a different face while tying all three together with pale brick, stone trim, green tile roofs and an ornate roof line. The National Register lists them as one entry rather than three, which is unusual for ordinary apartment buildings. The point of the design only reads if you look at the whole row at once.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
