The Felix-Block Building, a survivor of Kenner's original main street
1907
Kenner, Louisiana
Infrogmation of New Orleans · CC BY 2.0 · Wikimedia Commons
This two storey Italianate commercial building went up on Williams Boulevard in 1907, when Kenner was a river town of a few thousand people rather than an airport suburb. It was listed on the National Register in 1985 and stands in what is now the Rivertown district.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
