Summit Avenue, the Victorians St. Paul never tore down

Four and a half miles of Victorian houses along the bluff, the longest intact stretch of residential Victorian architecture in America, largely because St. Paul lost the growth race to Minneapolis and never had reason to tear them down.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
