Shiloh Field, the largest community garden in the country
2009

Gene Gumfory started the garden in 2009 on land owned by Denton Bible Church, and at 14.5 acres the American Community Garden Association counts it as the biggest in the United States. Everything grown here goes to food pantries and charities rather than to the gardeners. It passed 100,000 pounds of produce in its first five years.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
