Dedication day for the new stadium, against a Michigan side unbeaten for two years. Grange took the kickoff ninety-five yards and scored three more times before the first quarter was out, on runs of sixty-seven, fifty-six and forty-four yards. He turned professional the next year and drew crowds that made the National Football League a going concern.
