Bush went to Yale, but he put his library at Texas A&M in 1997, on ninety acres of the west campus with a graduate school of public service attached. He, Barbara and their daughter Robin, who died of leukemia at three, are buried in a family plot on the grounds. Union Pacific painted locomotive 4141 in Air Force One colors in his honor, and after it pulled his funeral train across Texas in 2018 it was retired to the library.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
