Cowboy Jack Clement's Recording Spa
1971

The engineer who had recorded Jerry Lee Lewis at Sun, written two of Johnny Cash's biggest hits and signed Charley Pride to RCA ran a studio out of his own house, which he called the Cowboy Arms Hotel and Recording Spa. It operated on no schedule anyone could discern and produced U2's Rattle and Hum sessions among a great deal else.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
