This is the Katy Freeway through Memorial City, twelve lanes of it plus the Katy Managed Lanes running elevated down the middle. Somebody rode an electric unicycle along here at night, crouched over a single wheel in a full helmet, keeping pace with freeway traffic. The clip was filmed from a passenger window by a driver alongside, and the strip of shopfronts that goes past behind the rider is the run of restaurants on the north frontage road. It reached Houston in February 2026, passed around by accounts that had all got it from somewhere else. Nobody circulating it has ever named the rider or the person who filmed it, so what is known about when it happened is only when it started to travel.
