Aldo's Compton video
South Wilmington Avenue at Greenleaf Boulevard, Compton, California
Still from the original video
The long brick wall on South Wilmington Avenue is one of the decorative walls that carry the City of Compton seal, a blue wave running the length of the brick and the seal set into the panels at intervals. It stays in shot for the whole of the video Aldo posted from this stretch of road on 12 April 2026, and it is the only reason the location can be fixed at all. Nothing in the clip names a street and nobody in it says where they are, so the seal ends up doing the work a caption would have done.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
