Frankenmuth Brewery
est. 1862
Frankenmuth, Michigan
Brewing in Michigan's Bavarian colony since 1862, interrupted by Prohibition and then, spectacularly, by a 1996 tornado that tore the brewhouse open. Rebuilt on the Cass River in a town that runs on chicken dinners and Christmas, it claims the oldest brewing site in the state.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
