The West Point Crab Carnival takes over Main Street with fresh local seafood, live music on multiple stages, a parade, and fireworks over the Pamunkey and Mattaponi rivers. The West Point Chamber of Commerce has hosted the carnival since 1982, making it one of Virginia's longest running fall festivals. The 2026 edition is the 44th annual.
